ABOUT ME
Jackie Curran Cert.Ed, Dip.RAWORTH, ITEC, MIFPA.
After working as a manager in a stressful teaching environment I decided to take stock of my life.....So I had several complementary treatments which relaxed and nurtured my well-being in a way I hadn’t realised was possible. It was through this change that I studied at Raworth International College in Surrey and gained my Aromatherapy and Reflexology Practitioner’s Diploma, together with Holistic Beauty Therapy. My diploma included a certificate in counselling skills, which has enabled me to support clients with sensitivity and empathy, thus gaining a more positive outcome for each treatment.
I have completed training with Epsom & St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust, so I can administer therapies to cancer patients and their carers at the Macmillan Butterfly Centre. I work there on a regular basis.
I have continued to develop professionally, gaining further qualifications in Natural Fertility, Maternity Reflexology and Reflexology for Parents and Babies.
I am a fully insured member of the International Federation of Professional Aromatherapists
